Simon is a human resource manager who finds his victims when they come in for interviews.  What he does to them terrifyingly subtle - until the night of their death.  Simon enters their apartments while they sleep and sets a candle between the curtains.  As soon as they ignite, he takes pictures of what is to come and walks away.  The only clue as to who he is lies in the candlesticks he's used.  A long walk through Catholic dogma leads investigators into the arms of a psychopath.
